Parker Barrow Interiors is a decorating partnership between Julie Fowler and Liz Anderson, based on New York’s Upper East Side and Greenwich, CT. Our projects reflect a fresh aesthetic and flair for the original, using strokes of color, texture, and a mix of materials. High-quality and custom workmanship, combined with our deep love of furniture, fabrics, art and decorative accessories give our projects singular yet multi-layered personalities.  We believe in embellishing a client’s original vision, to transform spaces into the most visual, functional, and life-enhancing version possible.

Julie and Liz bring a unique mix of talents to Parker Barrow. Liz’s love of style and design began as a child in NYC, and evolved into a career in fashion before she started her eponymous home accessories company, Liz Victory Designs (with products featured in House Beautiful and Domino). Julie’s background includes producing, styling and writing editorial content for national shelter magazines and television (including House Beautiful, InStyle Home and Redbook, and The Today Show and The View). Julie is also the author of a decorating coffee table book, English Country Style, and co-author of a Fodor’s New York City shopping guide.
